Kaylyn has always had a passion for health, fitness, and dance. Beginning dance at the age of 4, she continued her pursuit of the arts and graduated from the University of California Irvine earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. While in college, she toured with a traveling improvisational dance company to Europe and has performed in several countries. Kaylyn recently spent 13 months living in Japan performing in Tokyo Disney's Sea's Opening Cast as an aerialist portraying the character Ariel. While in college, she developed a love for Pilates and completed a year-long apprenticeship program. Kaylyn is PMA certified in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair. Kaylyn is also an ACSM certified personal trainer. She is widely passionate about and committed to helping people become healthier, more confident, and stronger individuals through teaching Pilates, fitness classes, and personal training.
