If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2-3 private sessions before entering any of the semi-private classes. These sessions will help you understand the fundamentals of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your workout.
Pure Power Pilates
This Pilates Class is based on STOTT PILATES® exercises utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. If you have never done PILATES before, we advise scheduling a private session before moving into a group class. A 6:1 maximum Client to Instructor ratio.

This session is designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, and improve muscle tone. We focus on training the large muscle groups, utilizing Kettle Bells, TRX®, and weights. Athletic shoes required.
Reformer Barre Fusion "RBF"
A challenging blend of both total barre and PILATES on the reformer and tower. The perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, & cardiovascular intervals. This class will make your muscles shake and burn!
Total Barre utilizes the ballet barre to perform isometric movements and focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. This workout will create long, lean muscles without the bulk by combining elements from PILATES, dance, and strength training. This is a full body workout that is low-impact but will still get your heart rate up in no time.
This class is designed for the individual looking for an efficient and FUN workout with a HIIT component (High Intensity Interval Training). This 50 minute class is fast, it’s intense, and you will SWEAT AND DANCE and get that boost of energy to get through your week! You will experience a combination of bounce exercises on the trampoline as well as floor work.
