If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2-3 private sessions before entering any of the semi-private classes. These sessions will help you understand the fundamentals of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your workout.
Pure Power Pilates
This Pilates Class is based on STOTT PILATES® exercises utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. If you have never done PILATES before, we advise scheduling a private session before moving into a group class. A 6:1 maximum Client to Instructor ratio.
Athletic Conditioning Pilates
You come to work in this class. A fast paced, athletic STOTT Pilates session, highlighted with Intermediate and Advanced exercises. Utilizes the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. Little to no modifications will be made for mechanical issues.
This Pilates mat class is designed to give you the best of both a workout and a self massage. We combine modern dance, Pilates, and self myofascial release to increase range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. All levels welcome.
Strength & Stability Pilates
This class is designed for Pilates enthusiast with some biomechanical challenges (including disc issues, degeneration, and S-I joint). Designed for the essential or intermediate student who needs to focus on strength & stability. Based on Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES exercises utilizing Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. Perfect for the well trained individual with back challenges.
Guaranteed to BURN FAT! This workout will raise your metabolism and build lean muscle. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve, and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This is a fast paced intense workout! Athletic shoes required.
PowerFit w/ JumpBoard
All of the above class with Pilates Jump Boards or Cardio Tramps added. This is a great option for those who have poor balance or knee and joint pain. You will increase your heart rate and burn FAT from a several lying down positions. Pilates Socks required.
This session is designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, and improve muscle tone. We focus on training the large muscle groups, utilizing Kettle Bells, TRX®, and weights. Athletic shoes required.
Total Barre utilizes the ballet barre to perform isometric movements and focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. This workout will create long, lean muscles without the bulk by combining elements from PILATES, dance, and strength training. This is a full body workout that is low-impact but will still get your heart rate up in no time.
Reformer Barre Fusion "RBF"
A challenging blend of both total barre and PILATES on the reformer and tower. The perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, & cardiovascular intervals. This class will make your muscles shake and burn!
This class is designed for the individual looking for an efficient and FUN workout with a HIIT component (High Intensity Interval Training). This 50 minute class is fast, it’s intense, and you will SWEAT AND DANCE and get that boost of energy to get through your week! You will experience a combination of bounce exercises on the trampoline as well as floor work.
Fast-paced boxing class that includes glove work, cardio, and circuit training. No experience necessary. Gloves required.

Combining energizing music with unique workouts, cycle exercise classes deliver a great fitness workout with powerful results, including cardiovascular strength, lower total cholesterol, decreased stress and improved quality of life. This suspension training body-weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity. Athletic shoes required.
This class is a mix of our P3 Cycle and Pure Strength Classes! Burn fat while pedaling your way through fun, but challenging cardio bursts and then build strength and improve muscle tone with weights and the TRX. Expect 25 minutes of cycling and 25 minutes of strength work. Athletic shoes required.
P3 Cycle Mix!
This is a 25 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Power Cycle workout that is guaranteed to burn calories during AND after your workout! Expect short bursts of efforts at maximum or all-out intensity, interspersed with short periods of rest. This workout will help you get fit faster, get leaner and burn lots of calories!
