If you have never done Pilates before, we highly encourage taking 2-3 private sessions before entering any of the semi-private classes. These sessions will help you understand the fundamentals of Pilates and keep you safe throughout your workout.

Pure Power Pilates

 

This Pilates Class is based on STOTT PILATES® exercises utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. If you have never done PILATES before, we advise scheduling a private session before moving into a group class. A 6:1 maximum Client to Instructor ratio. (All Levels)


Ideal for clients who need to stay in a seated or upright position, the stability chair helps rebalance your muscles while providing a full-body workout. It also facilitates high-performance exercise for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and rehab clients. (All Levels)

Principles & Fundamentals of STOTT PILATES

This class is designed for clients that are new to Pilates or need a refresher. You will learn the principles of Pilates and build your foundation one exercise at a time. Pilates is most effective when performed with the best form possible. (Beginner)


A mixed equipment Pilates session that is designed to give a solid and well-rounded workout using a combination of reformer, tower, chair and small props. (All levels)

Strength & Stability Pilates

You come to work in this class. A fast paced, athletic STOTT Pilates session, highlighted with Intermediate and Advanced exercises. Utilizes the Reformer, Tower, hand weights, and props. Little to no modifications will be made for mechanical issues. (Intermediate to Advanced)


PowerFit w/ JumpBoard

 

Guaranteed to BURN FAT! This workout will raise your metabolism and build lean muscle from several lying down positions. Pilates Jump Boards or Cardio Tramps are used to get your body stronger, your cardiovascular fitness improved, and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This is a fast paced intense workout! This is a great option for those who have poor balance or knee and joint pain. Pilates Socks required. (Intermediate to Advanced)


Pure Strength

This session is designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, and improve muscle tone. We focus on training the large muscle groups, utilizing Kettle Bells, TRX®, and weights. Athletic shoes required. (All Levels)


CARDio Bound!

This class is designed for the individual looking for an efficient and FUN workout with a HIIT component (High Intensity Interval Training). This 50 minute class is fast, it’s intense, and you will SWEAT AND DANCE and get that boost of energy to get through your week! You will experience a combination of bounce exercises on the trampoline as well as floor work. (All Levels)


Total Body Conditioning

This class is designed to burn excess calories and fat for up to 36 hours after the class, you will SWEAT! Through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles, we push you to reach your anaerobic threshold through total body strength, conditioning, coordination, and balance. This is a fast-paced intense boot camp style workout. Athletic shoes and workout gloves are recommended. (Intermediate to Advanced)


Yin Fusion Yoga

Enjoy a Yoga fusion; Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Power Vinyasa & Restorative .
