Our Pilates classes have a maximum of 6 clients per instructor, and our fitness classes have a maximum of 8. Small classes mean your instructor can watch your form and modify exercises when needed.

Pilates classes use STOTT PILATES equipment like the reformer, tower, and stability chair for controlled strength, flexibility, and core work. Fitness classes use kettlebells, TRX, weights, and jumpboards for strength, cardio, and conditioning.

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes. Pilates socks are required for PowerFit with JumpBoard, athletic shoes are required for Pure Strength, and athletic shoes and workout gloves are recommended for Total Body Conditioning.

PowerFit with JumpBoard is a great option for people with poor balance or knee and joint pain. If you have an injury, start with a private session first so your instructor can recommend the right class.
